Designing for music means capturing a world in a single square.
These two vinyl cover designs were created in close collaboration with the artists, each with a different genre, identity, and story to tell. My aim was to translate sound into visuals… creating a cover that not only attracts attention but also feels like an extension of the music itself.
From early sketches to typography, textures, and layout, every element was chosen to echo the artist’s voice and enrich the listening experience.
Psychedelic Omelet — Jean-Luc Maragel
Singer-Songwriter | Jean-Luc Maragel | 2020
Playful, eccentric, and full of color, Psychedelic Omelet is a musical journey blending absurdist poetry, psychedelic folk, and retro synth layers. The cover design leans into this quirky universe with bold textures, offbeat color palettes, and surreal motifs.
The brief was simple: make it weird, but beautiful.
I created both the illustration and layout, with a wink to vintage psych rock posters, but a twist of contemporary humor.

Bummer Ending — Soundtrack for "Outer Eye"
Short Film by Hanaa Ojeil | Music by Rami Ouzon & Nadim Souaid | 2021
Dark, enchanting, and unsettling, Bummer Ending is the original soundtrack for the short film Outer Eye, a surreal and gothic tale about loss and rebellion. The story follows Emma, a young girl imprisoned in a strange institution where, one night, her left eye is taken while she sleeps. Disturbed and confused, she embarks on a journey to reclaim what was stolen.
To echo the film’s eerie and dreamlike world, I designed a cover with symbolic imagery and a tactile visual language. The goal was to create a visual companion to the film, mysterious, melancholic, and hauntingly beautiful.
